As a social media expert – Pip shared her diary on Twitter during the build of her contemporary garden office. We loved the pics and tweets so much, we had to share them with you…

Materials are delivered with the minimum of fuss and designed to be carried in by hand. Lots of care is taken to ensure everything is kept dry and secure in preparation for starting work.
Keeping mess and disturbance to a minimum the uniquely constructed SIPS panels are quickly and easily installed. They’ve been thoroughly tested for air-tightness and exceed industry standards requirements by 75%. This means Pip and her dog will stay cosy in the winter months.
This Garden Pod is designed to give you the maximum amount of internal space again due to the SIPS panel system used to build the walls. This also means the garden benefits from an outdoor building that is economical in size and floor space.
Our experienced workmen plaster and finish the interior once the electrical work has been completed. During the design process extra time is taken to check out where the sockets and power points are most needed, to avoid running any messy extension cables or wires later on.
All windows and doors are manufactured in-house to ensure the highest quality, best fit and maximum security. An insurance-approved multi-point locking system is included as standard so you can feel safe and secure. Even without a guard dog as the lookout!
The Fermacell finish provides a sustainable alternative that is really easy to decorate and looks amazing when the power sockets have been added. They are designed to hide pipes and cables and give you a smooth and seam-free finish.
The open boarded Cedar cladding added to the Pod looking stunning! This sustainably sourced timber has a natural resistance to environmental damage and if left unpainted is very low maintenance. This wonderful material creates a gorgeous toxic free exterior.
All Green Studio buildings are flexibly designed to offer a variety of renderings and roofing options which can be combined with optional styles of windows and doors. A small urban garden is ideal for a Pod as the finished garden room blends effortlessly into its new location.
The garden pod has a wide aluminium window that allows maximum light into the room. Whilst compact, there is lots of desk room for 2 people and everything she needs to work. Even better Pip still gets to enjoy the rest of the garden. The perfect answer to working from home!
We’re chuffed that Pip is enjoying her new space – and so is the dog!
